An Infrastructure Development model to cheer all!

Now in India we have an excellent shining example of how to beat the world to create infrastructure and become famous too!
First frame a mega-project proposal to cost mega-bucks and then create stake for the Government in power, and renowned industries in the world who will eventually get the equipment orders.
Then with government backing arrange for large sums of loans to fund the project, with a warchest created in the name of consusltant contract, worth may be 2 to 3 percent of the project cost, but in absolute terms substantial amounts like Rs 300 to 500 cr.
The momentum of such large scale inflow of foreign fund and the business interests of large corporations because of the high priced equipment orders with some share to Indian players (though minor), leverages into effective management of public and press.
The results show fast, and people who enjoy the benefit of the infrastructure start praising the engineer who has done the great work making the infrastructure a reality!
Then kudos will follow the engineer. Very eminent persons like Shekar Gupta admire too!
The country whose industry was in doldrums, gratefully acknowledges the revival of their cmpanies' fortunes, ( at the cost of engineer's own country's industries) and will bestow honours on the engineer for working for their country's interest!
Beauty is that the engineer's country men dont realise that each one of them have been burdened with debt burden which they can never pay in their life time- any way that is Government's problem! All applaud and take a ride in century old technological wonder, brought second time to the country and feel happy for the day!
Engineers of India need not really learn any thing serious of design and development- they can enjoy blissfully the fruits of such development model of infrastructure!
Kudos will be given by the press, own country's powerful rulers, as well as the foreign countries whose industries get revived! Any way the innocent common man whose progeny will get burdened with debt is no ones' concern, because we have eminent economists who will say, after all the fiture generation gets the benfit of infrastructure, therefore they should share the burden!
So all cheers to Indian Engineers who should emulate this development model and enjoy!
